Toca Life: Hospital is a very free game where you can customise your character's appearance, skin tone, hair style, clothing, choose your favourite outfit and start a busy hospital life.

Drag and drop characters and items with your finger, if you want a patient to be examined then drag and drop him in the right place and move on to the next step, drag and drop doctors and the tools needed for the examination, drag and drop patients on the scanner to be scanned and deliver a pregnant woman who is about to give birth. Beware of germs, once your character is infected with them, your character will get sick. But don't worry, play as the doctor and treat them. No matter what kind of patient you encounter don't worry too much as Toka Hospital has the medical tools used in real life.

Take the lift to reach the different floors, stopping to explore each floor and developing drugs in the lab to upgrade equipment and provide better medical treatment for patients. Patients are received on the entrance level and sent to the appropriate treatment floor.
