PJ Masks™: Hero Academy features three selectable characters, Catboy, Gekko and Owlette, and before the game starts, players can choose their own game mode and hero character.

There are different modes with different gameplay and each mode has levels ranging from easy to hard, so players can start the game as they choose. All of the games are designed to exercise the player's thinking and logic skills, for example when assembling a vehicle, the player has to choose the order in which the parts are assembled. Or in a car race, the player has to select the missing pieces of the track map and can only start the game after completing the whole map.

In a racing game, the player selects the hero you want to control and then chooses their driving tools to start the race on a circuitous road. Change your direction in time according to the changes in the track, while collecting stars and various props scattered around the track in the process, and don't forget to avoid obstacles such as railings and vehicles that affect your progress.

After completing the whole track, you will move on to the next puzzle and track, which will gradually increase in difficulty. You can also create your own tracks on the map and place the bends anywhere to create a track just for you.
